Investment management organization

The graph on this slide illustrates the structure of the Real Future investment organization.  It is based on the clear separation of the core functions in real estate investing (see The functional chain).  Most of all, the independency of sub-portfolio management (real estate portfolio management) and asset management enables to fully pursue investor interests without conflicts of interest getting in the way.
